After many trials and repeated tests, we finally decided to make this easy-to-tear thread by a laser line to achieve the most perfect effect. It can not only tear well, but also highlight the particularity of the zipper, which is very different from the ordinary zippers on the market and improves brand recognition.
The laser line is made before the bag is made. The principle is to make a deep line on the printed film, which will not be damaged when standing, but when you tear the bag by hand, grab the easy tear opening and follow it. Laser line, it will be very easy to tear.
